Scrubs on , got ready for OT,
Little did I know ,
This would be the best day so far!!
People were roaming around,
And there was chaos everywhere,
Patient was anaesthetised,
Then a voice to reached my ear,
Would anyone assist for Surgery?she asked
My heart and Mind froze for a second,
Not thinking longer,
I said Yes!!!!!
Tying the surgical gown,
Controlling my anxiousness,
I stepped into the battle field!!
My gloves turned red, my legs were numb,
Calming my mind,
With thought of everything turns out right,
I assisted the Surgery!!!
After continuous efforts of two hours,
We aced the surgery , and it was successful,
My heart was filled with happiness,
And I could sense my shoulder elated with pride,
For being reason of relieving someone’s pain!!
