Make a kid happy,

Attached to a balloon.

Red, green, blue, or yellow
Then you'l have one
happy young fellow.

Get them for birthdays, weddings,
decorate a party,
The expression of thanks will be
Well meant and hearty.

hangs up straight, like a planetary moon.
