I been gone,
Gone with the wind,
Truly been in the twilight zone of my own imagination,
All alone, and isolated myself,
Deep emotions bring me down into a state of depression,
My facial expressions been full of mean nasty aggression,
I went running this morning, and all the negative influences keep me down, but when I run all my weekly tensions are gone,
Running to me, is more than a running track,
Running is life,
I Am Back.
