Swimming in the in the ocean
On a rainy day
Some days I’ll feel emotions
Rarely showing it
But mostly just straight emotionless
At the river
On a sunny or partly cloudy day
I’ll sit on the dock
And find my happy place
It’ll go from what’s on my mind
To speaking it into poetic rhyme
People who walk pass probably think
Has this girl lost her mind
I’d smile and say no
Replying I’m just speaking what’s on my mind
Sometimes how I be feeling I don’t express it a lot
Because I decided to fallback
From the one person I could talk and express everything out
Hit me hard like a fast curve ball
Knocked me off me feet
But always will I still stay strong taking the heat
Whether I’m swimming alone or with a crowd
I’ll still remain the same regardless of if it’s a foul
Cause when it rains
Some of my problems falls along with the rain
All because I found this place
Thats cleanses me pure
Happier with the biggest smile on my face
