He is saying trust me with all of your hearts and all of your minds on a daily basis and He is saying those tears are going to turn into greater joy and you will be able to rejoice. The trouble we see all around is preparing us for a miraculous turnaround. He wants us to be still and let Him be God all by Himself. So why not cry out to Him like a little baby until we see everything come into fruition.
