See No Evil

As I walk through the Valley of the Shadow of Death, I fear no evil. Because I am evil. Evil is a part of me. It makes up the fabric of all living things. It’s what makes life, life. Interesting. Worth living. Without it, we have no good. No peace. No resilience. No happiness. It is within the pain of evil we find comfort in it all. The burning rage of solitude. The freezing fear of silence. Evil has become so common, it becomes misunderstood. Fighting urges and temptations we feel evil rise inside of us. Twitching at the finest muscles, begging to come to the surface. Suppress and move it away like it was never there. But it was. We can’t hide from the inevitable. It’s in us and always will be. It’s already on the surface. Put the mask on. Now take it off. See the difference? No? That’s because there is none. Embrace it. Let it be a part of you. Let evil be backwards and continue to be misunderstood. Only you need to understand it anyways.
