The marigold bridge

In shadows where my fears do hide, My heart once strong now feels the night. I'm tired of life's rough, endless ride, But scared of death's dark, empty light. One day I'm high, with dreams so bright, The next I'm lost in darkness wide. To live or die, both seem not right, No peace I find, no place to hide. A stormy kid, I swing through strife, Scared of death, but tired of life.
