‘Lady Dijon’

‘Lady Dijon’ As I look out past Lady Dijon’s long, Peterbilt hood, an epiphany occurs to me! The concrete highway In front of me, and The roads behind me, describe my life. Now you may argue with that But I can substantiate what I’m saying. As I look in my mirrors, I can see more than Five million miles behind me. And all of those miles, I’ve driven while hauling Groceries and other freight, Absolute necessities for the American buying public. As I look ahead I see no end to my highway, As I continue to chase My horizons.
